We charge standard sales tax for all purchase as it is required by law.
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal. No payments will be done using a check. Payment must be received at the time of purchase.
Any domestic US orders will ship for a flat rate of $5.00. Orders are shipped via USPS, an alternate shipping option is may be selected instead,
Most customers can expect to receive their package within 5-9 days. Though this does depend on shipping speed and your location. Please noted, certain items do take longer to ship due to their custom nature including items like coats, bandanas and some bowties.
You are able to cancel any order placed within the past one hour, please email Bentleysapparel@gmail.com with the order number. Any place over an hour you may request canceling the order but if it is already processed you may not cancel at this point.
All orders can be returned within 30 days. All products must be unused to receive a full refund. A refund will be issued once the product are received back to us. All custom orders can not be returned including dog coats.

No matter how big or small we will find a fit for your dog! Contact me with any fit questions about the product! I'll be happy to help find the best fit for your dog. Any custom dog coats can be made to fit your dog. Please note a longer processing time for custom coats.
